Your Profile Hub is more than just a settings page. It is your personal command center inside the Virtual Mall — a place to track everything you've bought, booked, saved, and collected across every Malet you've visited.

Getting There

Tap your avatar in the top navigation bar and select Profile, or navigate directly to /profile. If you're browsing on mobile, the profile link is also available from the sidebar menu.

What You'll Find

The Profile Hub is organized into sections that give you a quick overview of your activity across the platform.

Your Identity Card

At the top of your profile, you'll see:

  • Your display name and avatar initial
  • Your uID handle (e.g., v|meekdenzo) — or a link to claim one if you haven't yet
  • Your email address and User ID
  • A Sign Out button

TIP

Haven't claimed your handle yet? Tap the "Claim your handle →" link to set up your unique identity across the entire Mallnline ecosystem.

Your Malets

If you're a Malet Owner, this section displays all the Malets you own — or the Malets belonging to your active Organization if you've switched into Org context. Each Malet shows:

  • The Malet name and handle
  • A Manage button that takes you directly to the Malet's management dashboard
  • An Owner or Org Owned badge

Following

This section shows all the Malets you've followed by tapping the heart icon on their storefronts. Each followed Malet links back to its profile page.

The Murchaser Hub

Below your basic profile info, you'll find three specialized sections designed for Buyers:

đŸ“Ļ Incoming Deliveries

When you place Murchases that involve physical delivery, this section transforms into a visual delivery timeline tracking each package through three stages:

  1. Placed — Your Murchase has been confirmed
  2. Shipped — The Malet Owner has dispatched your item
  3. Delivered — Your package has arrived

Use the View All Orders → link to access your complete Murchase history.

NOTE

If you haven't placed any Murchases yet, this section shows a preview of the timeline to give you a sense of what to expect.

📅 Upcoming Reservations

For service-based Malets (consultations, appointments, sessions), this section displays a calendar view of your upcoming bookings. Each reservation shows:

  • The date and time
  • The Malet and service name
  • Your booking status

This helps you stay on top of scheduled interactions without digging through emails or confirmation pages.

🔐 Digital Key Vault

When you purchase digital products — software licenses, downloadable content, access codes — they're stored securely in your Digital Key Vault. This section provides:

  • License keys with one-tap copy functionality
  • Download links for digital files you've purchased
  • Masked values for security (reveal them when needed)

IMPORTANT

Your Digital Key Vault is only accessible when you're logged in. Make sure your uID account is secured with a strong password and, ideally, Two-Factor Authentication.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I view my Profile Hub on mobile? Absolutely. The Profile Hub is fully responsive and works on any device.

Why is my Deliveries section empty? It means you have no active Murchases with deliveries in progress. Once you make a purchase, tracking info will appear automatically.

Where do I manage my account security? Visit your Account Security settings to manage passwords, sessions, and two-factor authentication.
