Murchasing and Tracking Your Murchases

Welcome to Mallnline! Whether you're exploring the Lobby or browsing a specific Malet's profile, creating and tracking your Murchases ensures you get exactly what you need with full transparency into timelines and Murchase completion.

Secure Universal Checkout (uCart)

The uCart (Universal Cart) allows you to aggregate items from multiple Malets simultaneously! Instead of completing separate checkouts for a photographer in one Malet and local merchandise in another, your uCart acts as a single centralized point of checkout.

TIP

Navigating directly into individual Malets automatically scopes your uCart view to only items within that Malet, allowing for focused checkouts. To see your entire network-wide uCart, access it from the main Lobby.

When checking out, your cart performs real-time inventory validation, directly locking your stock to ensure smooth processing and error recovery if a Malet Owner's items are exhausted mid-checkout.

Murchase Tracking Timelines

Once a payment clears, a Murchase is officially generated. You can monitor its execution status directly from your "My Murchases" dashboard.

  1. Pending: Murchase received. Awaiting review by the Malet Owner.
  2. Processing: The Malet Owner is actively reviewing the Murchase.
  3. Advanced / Active: The workroom state machine automatically fires corresponding eventsβ€”like requesting digital files or entering the physical shipping phase.
  4. Completed / Delivered: Operational fulfillment is finished.

Depending on the Malet's vertical (e.g., physical boutique vs. digital service), certain Murchase forms may trigger dedicated file uploads or calendar scheduling workflows instantly post-checkout.

Guest Murchases & OTP Verification

We strongly recommend checking out while logged natively into your uID (Universal Identity); however, guest Murchases are fully supported.

If you made a guest Murchase and need to check its tracking status without an account:

  1. Navigate to the My Murchases link.
  2. Select Guest Murchase Lookup.
  3. Enter the email address you used during checkout.
  4. Check your inbox for a secure 6-Digit One-Time Password (OTP).

IMPORTANT

The OTP is ephemeral. Once correctly submitted, you will instantly gain read-only access to your specific guest Murchase's tracking timelines, shipping URLs, and estimated delivery dates.

If you subsequently create a full uID account using the exact same email address, Mallnline will securely and automatically reassign all loose guest Murchases to your new permanent account profile.

Checkout Error Recovery

Your Murchases represent guaranteed delivery cycles. If an edge-case checkout error occurs:

  • Inventory Exhaustion: If another Visitor finalizes checkout for the final stock before you, a dynamic warning highlights exactly which item was forcibly removed from your uCart so you can cleanly process the remainder.
  • Payment Declines: Soft declines will return immediately keeping your uCart entirely intact for you to rapidly swap funding methods.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the Malet Owner's direct uChat portal, you can automatically escalate cases back up to the Central Tower (Platform Admins) who review transaction logs to intervene securely.
