Accessing The Tower Standalone Dashboard

The Tower is Mallnline's platform-wide admin dashboard. To provide maximum security and better performance, The Tower operates as a standalone application on its own dedicated subdomain: tower.mallnline.com.

IMPORTANT

The Tower is accessible to Platform Administrators only. Standard Visitors and Malet Owners are not able to view The Tower data. If you need admin access, see Managing Platform Admin Access.

How to Access The Tower

There are two main ways to access the standalone Tower dashboard:

1. Direct Access

You can navigate directly to https://tower.mallnline.com in your browser. If you are not already signed into your Mallnline account, you will be automatically redirected to the main sign-in page. Once authenticated, you will be securely redirected back to The Tower.

2. From the Main Storefront

If you are already browsing mallnline.com and you are an authenticated Platform Admin, you can access The Tower by clicking The Tower link in your User Menu dropdown (click your avatar in the top-right corner) or from the footer menu.

TIP

The Tower requires an active session. If your session expires while you are working in The Tower, you will be prompted to sign in again.

Dashboard Theme Controls

The Tower features a dedicated Dark Mode toggle in the top-right header. Because The Tower is a standalone application, its theme preference is saved independently from the main storefront.

  • Click the moon/sun icon in the header to switch between Light and Dark mode.
  • Your preference will be saved locally in your browser for all future visits to tower.mallnline.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I redirected to mallnline.com when I try to open The Tower? The Tower shares its secure login system with the main Mallnline platform. If you aren't signed in, it will redirect you to mallnline.com/auth to verify your identity before allowing you to access admin data.

I am signed in, but The Tower says I don't have access. Why? Only users with the is_privileged platform admin role can view The Tower. Even if you are a Malet Owner, you cannot access The Tower unless you are also a Platform Admin.

Can I manage my Malet's inventory from The Tower? No. The Tower is for platform-wide analytics and system health monitoring. To manage your specific Malet's inventory, murchases, and settings, you should use The Deck.
