Your Mallnline subscription dictates the features you have access to, the size of your team, and how many Malets you can operate. This guide explains how to manage your billing, understand plan limits, and adjust your tier.
Understanding Your Limits
The Mallnline platform enforces subscription limits on the backend to ensure fair usage. Your current plan determines:
- Maximum Malets: The number of separate storefronts you can create under your account.
- Maximum Team Members: The number of collaborators you can invite to help run your Malets.
TIP
If you are on the Starter plan, your Malet acts as your "Organization". When you upgrade to a Pro or Enterprise plan, you gain access to the Organization Management dashboard, unlocking advanced team roles and multi-Malet management.
The Starter Plan
- Price: $0 / month (8% transaction fee on Murchases)
- Limits: 1 Malet, up to 3 Team Members
- Ideal for: Solopreneurs, new creators, and simple setups.
The Pro Plan
- Price: $29 / month (5% transaction fee on Murchases)
- Limits: up to 5 Malets, up to 10 Team Members
- Ideal for: Growing businesses, small teams, and multi-vertical operations.
The Enterprise Plan
- Price: Custom Pricing (Volume discounts available)
- Limits: Unlimited Malets, Unlimited Team Members
- Ideal for: Large agencies, corporate brands, and high-volume sellers.
Upgrading to Pro
When you reach the limit of your Starter planβfor example, by attempting to create a second Malet or inviting a 4th team memberβyou will be prompted to upgrade to the Pro plan.
- Navigate to the
/for-businesspage or your Billing dashboard. - Select the Pro tier.
- You will be guided through creating an Organization (if you haven't already).
- Enter your payment details securely via Checkout.
Once upgraded, your limits are instantly increased across all your connected Malets.
Downgrading or Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time.
- Switch to your Organization context using the top navigation.
- Go to Settings > Billing (
/orgs/[slug]/billing). - Click the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the page.
- Review the downgrade warning and confirm.
WARNING
Canceling a Pro or Enterprise plan relies on a "Graceful Degradation" protocol. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the Starter plan. If you are over the Starter limits (e.g., you have 4 Malets), your additional Malets will be paused and your extra team members will lose access until you upgrade again or reduce your usage.
