What is Mallnline?

Mallnline is a virtual mall platform where independent businesses — called Malets (Mall Outlets) — set up their digital presence across every industry imaginable. Just like walking into a physical mall, you'll find a Food Court, a Tech Hub, a Fashion Wing, a Gallery, and much more — all under one roof.

Unlike a single online shop, Mallnline brings together dozens of specialized industries (called Verticals) into one unified experience. You can browse a photographer's portfolio, book a restaurant table, purchase handmade crafts, and hire a consultant — all from the same platform, using the same uCart and the same account.

The Lobby

The Lobby is your starting point — the front door of the mall. When you arrive at Mallnline, the Lobby greets you with:

• A personalized hero — If you're visiting for the first time, you'll see two clear paths: "I'm Looking to Buy" and "I'm Looking to Sell". If you're already signed in, the Lobby greets you by name and gives you quick shortcuts to your recent activity.
• Quick-action cards — Instantly jump to Browse Products, Book a Service, Explore Malets, Search Everything, or learn about starting a business.
• Featured Products — A rotating showcase of trending items from across the mall.
• Mall Directory — Scroll through the section pills at the top to jump directly to categories like Food Court, Apparel, Tech Hub, or Gallery.
• Floors — As you scroll down, each mall section appears as its own "Floor" — a horizontal strip showcasing the Malets in that wing.

Getting Started: The Guided Tour

When you first arrive, Mallnline offers an optional Guided Tour — a quick 4-step wizard that helps you find the right experience:

1. Who are you? — Tell us if you're a Visitor just browsing, a Buyer looking to make a Murchase, or a Malet Owner looking to set up a business.
2. What are you looking for? — Depending on your answer, you'll pick from options like Products, Services, Events, or specific business types.
3. What's your reach? — If you're starting a business, let us know if you're a solo entrepreneur, a small team, or an organization.
4. Here's your path — Based on your answers, Mallnline recommends the exact Verticals, pages, and actions most relevant to you.

Understanding Malets

A Malet (Mall Outlet) is a business presence on Mallnline. Each Malet can belong to one or more industry Verticals — which determine its features, layout, and capabilities. Multi-vertical Malets (e.g., a restaurant with a retail shop) appear in every section they belong to.

Think of each Malet like a shop in a physical mall. Some are restaurants with menus and reservation systems. Others are galleries with proofing and downloads. Others are tech outlets with product grids and inventory tracking.

Creating Your Own Malet

Ready to start selling? The Malet Creation Wizard guides you through setting up your business in 5 steps:

1. Choose Your Verticals — Pick one or more categories that describe your offering. A bakery that also sells cookbooks? Select both Food Court and Library.
2. Set Your Identity — Choose a name, a unique handle (your m|handle URL), a tagline, and your contact email. The wizard checks handle availability in real-time.
3. Customize & Tag — Configure settings specific to your vertical(s) and add Discovery Tags so Visitors can find you. Pick from curated suggestions like organic, delivery, or handmade — or type your own custom tags.
4. Choose Your Plan — Select from Starter (free), Pro ($29/mo), or Enterprise (custom pricing) based on your needs.
5. Review & Launch — Preview everything and launch your Malet with one click.

Mall Sections

Malets are organized into Sections — just like the wings of a physical mall:

Your uCart

The uCart (Universal Cart) is your shopping companion across the entire mall. Unlike traditional online shops where each store has its own cart, your uCart works across every Malet on the platform.

How it works

1. Add items from anywhere — Browse any Malet and tap "+ Add" to drop items into your uCart.
2. Mix and match — Your uCart can hold items from multiple Malets at the same time. A book from the Library, a spa treatment from Health & Wellness, and a new phone case from Tech Hub — all in one cart.
3. Checkout once — When you're ready, review your uCart and complete a single checkout flow.

Murchases

A Murchase (Mall Purchase) is your transaction record. Every time you complete a checkout, a Murchase is created for each Malet in your uCart.

Tracking a Murchase

After checkout, you can track your Murchase status in several ways:

• Murchase History — Visit your orders page to see all past and active Murchases.
• Guest Lookup — Checked out without an account? Use your phone number to look up any Murchase.
• Email Confirmations — You'll receive a confirmation email with a direct link to your Murchase details.

Searching the Mall

Mallnline offers powerful search to help you find exactly what you're looking for:

• Global Search — Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere to open the instant search modal. Search across Products, Services, Blogs, Malets, and Organizations from one bar.
• Category Filters — Narrow results by category, type, or tag.
• Near Me — Use the location slider to find Malets and services within your geographic radius. Perfect for restaurants, spas, and local services.
