Events, Credits & Loyalty Programs

Entertainment Malets on Mallnline — arcades, escape rooms, event venues, and entertainment centers — offer three integrated systems to help you book experiences, earn rewards, and track your status as a loyal Visitor.

Events & Ticketing

Entertainment Malets can host events with tiered ticket pricing. You'll find upcoming events on the Malet's storefront or by visiting the event page directly.

Browsing Events

Events appear as cards on the Malet's storefront showing:

  • Cover image and event title
  • Date and time in your local format
  • Venue location (if applicable)
  • Starting price ("From $15")
  • Capacity bar showing how full the event is

Event Badges

Each event card shows a status badge:

Badge Meaning
đŸŸĸ On Sale Tickets are available for Murchase
🔴 Live Now The event is currently happening
⏰ Starting Soon Countdown timer — event starts within 48 hours
Sold Out All tickets have been claimed

Buying Tickets

  1. Tap an event card to visit the full event page
  2. Review the event description, venue, and available ticket tiers
  3. Select a tier (e.g., "General Admission" or "VIP") — you'll see the price, remaining capacity, and any perks
  4. Tap "Get Ticket" to complete your Murchase

NOTE

You must be signed in to purchase tickets. Each ticket receives a unique code (e.g., TK-A7KX9M2P) for QR check-in at the venue.

Waitlists

If an event is sold out and the Malet Owner has enabled waitlisting, you'll see a "Join Waitlist" button. You'll be notified if tickets become available.

Digital Credit Wallets

Some entertainment Malets use a credit wallet system — prepaid tokens you can earn and spend within that Malet (e.g., arcade tokens, game credits).

Viewing Your Balance

Your credit wallet appears on the Malet's storefront (if enabled). It shows:

  • Current balance — your available credits
  • Total earned and total spent — lifetime activity
  • Recent transactions — a history of how credits were added or used

TIP

You must be signed in to view your credit wallet. If you're not logged in, you'll see a prompt to sign in.

Transaction Types

Each transaction in your history has a type badge:

Badge Type Meaning
💰 Purchase Credits bought or added to your wallet
🎮 Spent Credits used for a game, activity, or service
↊ī¸ Refund Credits returned for a cancelled booking
🎁 Bonus Promotional or welcome credits from the Malet
🔧 Adjustment Manual adjustment by the Malet Owner

Loyalty Programs

Many entertainment Malets run loyalty programs that reward you with points, tier upgrades, and achievement badges.

How Points Work

You earn points through:

  • Murchases — points per currency unit spent
  • Visits/Check-ins — points each time you visit
  • Referrals — points for bringing friends

The exact point values are set by the Malet Owner and displayed on the loyalty widget.

Tiers

Loyalty programs have reward tiers that unlock as you earn points. Common tiers include:

Badge Tier Example Perks
đŸĨ‰ Bronze 5% credit bonus
đŸĨˆ Silver 10% credit bonus, priority booking
đŸĨ‡ Gold 20% credit bonus, VIP access
💎 Diamond Exclusive perks

When you reach enough points, your tier upgrades automatically — no action needed on your part.

Your Loyalty Card

If you're signed in, the loyalty widget shows your personal stats:

  • Current tier badge and name
  • Progress bar toward the next tier
  • Total points earned, spendable points, and visit count
  • Achievement badges you've earned

Leaderboard

Each Malet's loyalty widget includes a Top 10 Leaderboard showing the highest-ranking Visitors. This is public — anyone can see the rankings.

Tips for Entertainment Malets

  1. Check event capacity before you go — the capacity bar on event cards tells you how full an event is.
  2. Join waitlists early for popular events — you'll be notified in order if spots open up.
  3. Watch for credit bonuses — Malet Owners sometimes offer promotional or welcome credits.
  4. Visit regularly to climb loyalty tiers — each visit earns points, and tier upgrades are automatic.
  5. Check your transaction history if your balance seems off — every credit movement is logged.
