Client Portals & Document Exchange
Professional Malets on Mallnline β financial advisors, lawyers, consultants, and accountants β offer three integrated tools to help you manage your client relationship, exchange documents securely, and book consultations.
Client Portal
Your client portal tracks ongoing engagements with your advisor. Each engagement has a title, description, status, and a shared communication timeline.
Engagement Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| π’ Active | The engagement is currently in progress |
| βΈοΈ Paused | Temporarily on hold β can be resumed |
| π Closed | Permanently concluded |
Communication Timeline
Each engagement includes a notes timeline β a shared log of messages between you (the client) and your advisor:
- π Advisor notes: Recommendations, action items, and updates from your advisor
- π€ Client notes: Your questions, approvals, and feedback
Notes are displayed in reverse chronological order. Each note shows the author, date, and full content.
