As a Malet Owner, The Deck functions as your centralized command center containing all your primary operational flows. From updating product catalogs to tracking real-time 24-hour revenue, everything operates asynchronously keeping your Malet fully synced for Visitors.

The Quick Stats Dashboard

Immediately upon loading The Deck, the dashboard provides rolling operational metrics computed instantly against your entire Malet scope.

  • Daily Revenue: Automatically loops through your historical analytics to extract a real-time, rolling 24-hour total.
  • Total Murchases: Lifetime aggregate of successful Murchase generation.
  • Needs Attention: Pinpoints Murchases tagged dynamically as PENDING, PAYMENT_AUTHORIZED, or PROCESSING, alongside Open Issues requiring active Malet Owner moderation.

NOTE

All aggregated stats inherently exclude Murchases flagged mathematically as CANCELLED to ensure your data projections remain entirely actionable and accurate.

Managing Your Murchases (Murchase Queue)

Your Murchase queue renders every active transaction inside a powerful split-pane application interface.

  • Itemized Receipts (Left Pane): Displays financial breakdowns, delivery estimates, buyer contexts, and active line item metrics exactly as they appeared to the Visitor at checkout.
  • Workroom State Machine (Right Pane): Controls backend logic execution. You can ADVANCE, COMPLETE, or CANCEL Murchases securely directly from this terminal overlay.

Whenever you ADVANCE a Murchase workflow containing physical attributes, the form will securely open capabilities to directly inject tracking URLs and tracking numbers—which automatically broadcast instantly back to the Visitor's profile.

Building and iterating your product catalog takes place cleanly within The Deck's Product UI block.

Images & Inventory Safety

Uploading massive gallery grids dynamically compresses inside the browser. At checkout, Malet inventory strictly enforces quantity limits. As a Malet Owner, if you change inventory to precisely 0, your Malet automatically shifts to dynamic wait-list modes for new Visitors.

Variant Configuration

If you distribute products holding dynamic variant parameters (sizing matrices, color profiles), you leverage the robust ProductVariantsManager matrix module.

TIP

The platform natively supports variant-specific discounting! Inside your Product setup grid, you can toggle global Compare-at Price labels dynamically for the base price and directly append individual Compare-at Price constraints to granular sizes to incentivize rapid sell-through tracking.

The configuration architecture protects itself internally against accidental UI data-wipes; completely deleting numeric capacities automatically rolls structures cleanly to $0 baselines ensuring the platform operates flawlessly.
