Tech and electronics Malets on Mallnline offer detailed product specifications, warranty tracking, and trade-in programs to support your purchase lifecycle.

Specifications

The spec comparison widget displays structured product specifications organized by category.

Spec Groups

Specifications are grouped into logical categories like:

  • Performance — Processor, RAM, GPU
  • Display — Resolution, size, refresh rate
  • Storage — Capacity, type (SSD/HDD)
  • Battery — Capacity (mAh), estimated life
  • Connectivity — Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ports

Each spec shows a key (name), value, and optional unit (e.g., "16 GB").

Compare Mode

When a product page shows multiple variants, you can toggle Compare Mode (⚖ī¸) to see specs side-by-side. Differences between products are easy to spot in the comparison columns.

Compatibility

Products may show a "Compatible with" badge indicating how many other products they work with (e.g., accessories, peripherals).

Warranty Tracker

The warranty tracker shows all your registered product warranties from a Malet.

Warranty Status

Icon Status Meaning
🛡ī¸ Active Warranty is in effect
⏰ Expired Warranty period has ended
❌ Voided Warranty has been invalidated

What You'll See

Each warranty card displays:

  • Status badge and warranty duration (e.g., "2 years")
  • Serial number (if registered)
  • Registration date and days remaining
  • Progress bar showing how much of the warranty period has elapsed
  • Expiry warning (amber) when less than 30 days remain

Filing a Claim

If your product has an issue during the warranty period, you can file a claim. Claims go through these stages:

📤 Submitted Claim filed, awaiting review
🔍 Under Review Malet is evaluating your claim
✅ Approved Claim accepted
🎉 Resolved Issue has been resolved
❌ Denied Claim was not approved

Approved claims can be resolved via:

  • 🔧 Repair — product will be fixed
  • 🔄 Replacement — a new product will be sent
  • 💰 Refund — your purchase will be refunded

Trade-In Program

The trade-in portal guides you through a simple 4-step process:
