Fashion Features β€” Size Charts, Lookbooks & Collections

Fashion Malets on Mallnline include specialized tools to help you find the right fit, discover curated outfits, and browse seasonal drops β€” all without leaving the Virtual Mall.

Finding the Right Size

When browsing a fashion product, look for the πŸ“ Size Guide button near the size options. Tapping it opens an interactive size chart.

Using the Size Chart

The size chart shows body measurements for each available size. You'll see columns for relevant measurements like bust, waist, hips, length, and shoulder width β€” only the measurements that apply to the product are shown.

TIP

Use the cm / in toggle at the top of the size chart to switch between centimetres and inches. The conversion happens instantly β€” no page reload needed.

If you've already selected a size, that row will be highlighted in the chart so you can quickly compare your measurements.

Some products also include a Fit Guide banner at the top of the chart (e.g., "Slim fit β€” size up if between sizes"). This is written by the Malet Owner to help you understand how the product fits.

Size Systems

Different Malets use different regional sizing standards. You'll see a badge indicating the system:

Badge Meaning
πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ US American sizing
πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί EU European sizing
πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ UK British sizing
🌐 Universal Generic S/M/L scale

Choosing Variants (Size Γ— Color Grid)

Fashion products often come in multiple sizes and colors. Instead of scrolling through a long list of options, fashion Malets display a visual grid that makes it easy to find your combination.

How the Grid Works

  1. Color row: Circular swatches showing each available color. Tap a swatch to select it.
  2. Size row: Chips showing available sizes. Availability is shown per combination β€” if a particular size/color combo is sold out, it will appear faded with a strikethrough.
  3. Price updates: If a specific variant has a different price than the base, it's reflected immediately when you select it.

NOTE

If a size/color combination doesn't exist (e.g., XL in Ivory), the chip will be hidden or disabled. This is normal β€” not every combination is produced.

Lookbooks β€” "Shop the Look"

Some fashion Malets publish editorial lookbooks β€” curated outfit galleries where each look is styled with products from the Malet.

Browsing a Lookbook

Lookbooks appear on the Malet's storefront as cards with a hero image, title, and season tag (e.g., "SS26" for Spring/Summer 2026).

Tap a lookbook to expand it and see the individual outfits. Each outfit includes:

  • A styled photograph
  • A description of the look
  • A "Shop this Look" section with direct links to each product featured in the outfit

TIP

Lookbooks are a great way to discover how pieces from a Malet work together. If you see something you like, tap the product name to go straight to the item detail page where you can add it to your uCart.

Collections β€” Seasonal Drops & Capsule Edits

Fashion Malets can organize their products into collections β€” themed groupings that help you browse by concept rather than category.

Collection Types

Type Description
πŸ‚ Seasonal Time-limited drops tied to a specific season or date range
πŸ’Ž Capsule Small, curated edits designed to mix and match
♾️ Permanent Evergreen staples that are always available

What You'll See

Collection cards appear on the Malet's storefront with a cover image, name, and type badge. You may also see:

  • Pre-Order tag β€” the collection is available for advance Murchasing before launch
  • Ending Soon warning β€” a seasonal collection is expiring within 7 days

Tapping a collection takes you to the catalog filtered to show only the products in that collection.

IMPORTANT

Seasonal collections have a start and end date. Once a seasonal collection expires, its products may still be available individually in the main catalog, but the collection itself will no longer appear on the storefront.

Tips for Fashion Shopping on Mallnline

  1. Always check the size chart before Murchasing β€” sizing varies between Malets and even between products within the same Malet.
  2. Use the fit guide β€” Malet Owners often leave helpful notes like "Runs large" or "Size up for layering."
  3. Browse lookbooks for inspiration β€” they're designed to show you how items pair together.
  4. Watch for seasonal drops β€” collections marked "Ending Soon" may have limited availability.
  5. Check the variant grid for sold-out indicators before selecting your size and color to avoid disappointment.
